How it Works

The easiest cleaning booking you'll ever make

1. Book a time that works for you

Choose a slot online. Every first visit includes a 30-minute walkthrough at the start.

2. Walkthrough your space together

We'll talk about what matters most to you, confirm how many hours you need, and agree on a plan. If you decide not to go ahead, I leave and there’s no charge. And no hard feelings!

3. Clean right away (if you're happy)

If you want to go ahead, I get started immediately with the products and tools I brought. No coming back another day, no holding a spot on your calendar.

Services & Pricing

$40 per hour · 3-hour minimum per visit
($120+ GST per visit depending on your space)

What's included in a typical 3-hour clean:

  • Kitchen surfaces and exterior of appliances

  • Bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, mirrors)

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Light dusting of reachable surfaces

  • Spot cleaning as needed

We'll customize it for you.

During our walkthrough, we'll create a custom checklist based on what actually matters to you.

Maybe you want your 5 bathrooms deep-cleaned every visit. Maybe you want bedding rotated every two weeks. Maybe interior windows are your priority and dusting can wait.

How long will it take?

It depends on the size of your home and what's on your list. A small apartment with basics might be done in 3 hours. A larger home with more detailed tasks might need 4-5 hours. We'll walk through together and give you a realistic estimate before we start.

Optional add-ons

  • Inside fridge or oven

  • Deep dusting, baseboards, ceiling fans

  • Laundry folding

  • Changing bed linens

  • Whatever else would make your life easier!

Straightforward pricing:

If your home needs more time than we discussed in the walkthrough, I'll check with you before adding extra hours. No surprises.

I use what works. That means effective cleaning products with minimal harsh chemicals—the kind that get your home actually clean without leaving residue or strong smells.

Prefer fully eco-friendly or have sensitivities? Just let me know in the booking form and I'll bring alternative products. I've got options for pets, kids, allergies, or personal preference.

Do I need to be home?

For your first clean and walkthrough, yes. After that, we can arrange key or code access if you're comfortable with it.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yep. All of it. You don't need to provide anything. If you have specific products you'd prefer I use, just let me know and we can make that work.

What areas do you serve?

Penticton and areas within 2km of town city limits. Beyond that, I'm happy to make the trip if you can coordinate with a neighbour for back-to-back bookings.

How do I pay?

For your first cleaning, payment is due after I'm done. I accept cash, e-transfer, or card—whatever's easiest.

For regular cleanings, you can pay online when you book (quick and easy), or we can arrange payment after each visit. Totally up to you.

Can I book just one cleaning, or do I need a package?

You can book one or as many as you want. No commitment, no pressure.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. You can reschedule online through your booking link, or just shoot me a text or email. If you can give me 24 hours' notice, it helps me plan my day and offer your slot to someone else.
